Did you know...? Here at Bistro Live we have come up with a unique payment system, meaning you won't lose out on deposits paid for your friends! Perfect if you're organising a large group of friends for your birthday, hen do or office night out... well anything really! How does it work? Usually when booking a party, you would have to fork out £100's for a deposit for people. only for them to drop out and make you lose your money... well lose no more! We have designed a way for you to book your party, pay only for your place and get everyone else to pay their places individually. How do you do this? It's simple: > Book your party by calling 0845 33 11 500 or email info@bistrolive.com > Book for the amount of places that YOU want > Only pay your place to secure your booking > WE will send a link to you for people to make their payments online (or they can call us and pay over the phone) > Email the link out to your friends and ask them to pay. You can even put it on your Facebook event! > You get a receipt EVERYTIME someone makes a payment > You can call us at anytime for an update or a 'run-down' on who's paid > Once the payment deadline is upon you, we will amend the amount of people coming, to the amount of people paid. What happens if you book for 20 people, but only 15 people log on and pay? Don't worry! We will just change the amount of people coming to 15 and you don't have to pay for any unpaid places!
